photoshop: class practice portfolio

Today we looked at photoshop and how to crate a page in our portfolio depending on progression route. I began by opining photoshop and creating a canvas to work on. I created one landscape canvas A3 size. with a white background. I did this by clicking on new file and then dialog box 'print'. I choose A3 then i chose the orientation which is landscape then I choosed the background color

Then to add a new photo that means to my project I clicked on 'File' then 'Open' and I uploaded it from my desktop.

I then clicked on the select button from the upper bar and then select all and then i copied and and I pasted it in my canvas. I then clicked on show transform control in left top menu and then adjusted the picture to the size I want in the canvas. and i put it in the down right corner.

I then added a text with my project name. I clicked On 'Text' in the left menu then I clicked into my  canvas and i start writing my title Then I have changed the font to 'High Tower Text' and I make the size for the upper text to 60pxt and the other one to 30pxt

I the went to free logo design and created my own logo with my brand name Daboubi. I then customized my logo and I then downloaded my logo to my desktop. Then I opend Photoshop and clicked on 'File' 'Open' and i added my logo and I adjust it to the right corner.

After that I started to write more about the project and about the interior with the same font and 24px for the size

I then decide to change the background colour to a different colour, I pressed 'shift backspace' and choose colour then i pick a colour 

and then was the final outcome.

and I save it as a psd file so I can edit it if i want
