Sustainability: In interior design
Sustainability in design is described as incorporating things and materials characterised by concepts of proven economics and ecological sustainability into the interior design process. It is the practise of building environmentally responsible and visually beautiful spaces Interior designers can achieve sustainability in interior design using renewable, recyclable, and biodegradable materials. For example, they can use bamboo instead of hardwood for flooring (Anna, 2023). The goal of eco designs is to raise public awareness of the importance of sustainability in interior design. The purpose of eco designs is to establish a collective awareness of the need for sustainability in interior design. Reusing materials that were originally designed for a single use in a modern technique—a cutting-edge trend to restore furniture and appliances to fulfil living demands. Using energy-efficient equipment reduces greenhouse gas emissions. Using natural light and solar energy reduces consumption, while simple things like colour selection reduce reliance on artificial light. Furthermore, working with recyclable materials that offer an immediate danger to natural resources might reduce carbon footprints and radio emissions, so reducing the effects of the industrial revolution. Fortunately, such solutions are available through the management and extraction of various products and materials therefore, healthy places are within reach and achievable.
When it comes for autism sustainability, using non-toxic, eco-friendly materials. Additionally, incorporating natural light through big windows can provide a connection to nature and promote a calming environment, as it well help them to can help regulate a child’s circadian rhythms. These rhythms control our bodies' "internal master clock" also will help to not get in depression for autism children 'Natural light can help regulate a child’s circadian rhythms. These rhythms govern our body’s “internal master clock”. For example, they tell us when it’s time to sleep. A lack of natural light can cause our rhythms to fall out of sync' (konica minolta, n.d.). For sustainability in interior design the more sunlight come through window the less electricity you will need (Darlings of chelsea , 2022).

Good that you have added some research on sustainability - next term hopefully you can look in more depth at this aspect as part of your design
