Site & Demographic

The location i have chosen is in Jordan, Ajloun , Arjaan Village. I have chosen this place because it is one of the most famous tourist place in jordan, where everyone loves to go to this place and spend time  because it is known for its beauty and green colour, which gives reassurance, comfort, and calm to the soul because of the picturesque views surrounding Ajloun. And choosing this place to implement my project was a smart thing to attract my target market which is gen Z, and since the the village of ajloun 'Arjan' is a tourist place for 20 to 30 aged people, it is a great spot for the cabin.  the cabins is one of the most thing that gen Z like to get or spend a holiday in than the other spaces "With a growing preference for permanent, year-round structures (cabins & treehouses still lead)", (International Glamping Business, 2023). 


The demographic of this blue hut will attract younger people (gen z) because they are more likely to explore new culture and visit new places to spend time for relaxation and comfort, and to explore nature and sightsee according to gen Z survey said that "Some 68% of respondents, aged 18 to 25, said they were interested in experiencing a new culture, while only 21% were in search of nightlife and clubbing"(Pitrelli, 2023).
