 In this week Narmina and I changed the dimension for the fashion store. The total area of the first floor plan was 316m sq for each floor but we decided to make it bigger because we discovered that we will include more than we thought. The first floor plan has only a Fitting room and storage room ( see fig.1 above), and nothing else on the other floors. with all of that 316m sq is small for a fashion and footwear shop and we thought if we did it bigger it will be better for both of us. ( before we decided to make it 408.5m sq we tried 375m sq)

After a talk, we changed the total area to 408m sq, the storage room is 31.7m and, the fitting room is 37.2m. In the new floor plan, a lift and staircase is added, and on the second floor there will be children's, men's, women's, and disability bathrooms. On the last floor there will be a staff room. Moreover, on each floor there will be a fitting room, and the storage room will only be on the first floor with a fire exit door. However, (see fig.2 above) it says that the total area is 402.5, it is like this because of the wall thickness and the dimensions are not wrong. Now after we have the floor plan I can start designing it from the inside 

Our choice to make the store bigger will benefit us more, and more importantly, it will benefit us with better design, better customer service, and flow of movement.
